What is the minimum / maximum people on the tour?

Tours have a minimum of one person and a maximum of six people.  People carriers are used for all tours.

Can we design our individual tour?

Yes between us we can decide where you would like to go.

Do you take families with children?

Yes I’m delighted to take families.

What trains do I take if I’m coming from London?

I will check these for you and let you know in good time.

Where will we eat?

I can suggest many and varied pubs or restaurants . We can also stop for tea at one of the many tearooms.

Will there be enough comfort stops?

There will be plenty of opportunities for comfort stops.

Are you insured and licensed?

I am insured for tour guiding and I am licensed for Private Hire by Stroud District Council. My vehicle is checked bi-annually and I am also required to have regular medical check ups.

What vehicles do you use for touring?

An air conditioned VW Sharan -a six seater people carrier.

What are the payment arrangements for tours?

An invoice is raised 4 weeks prior to the tour. For bookings made less than 4 weeks before the tour then the total cost is payable at the time of booking.
Please note we don’t accept American Express for payment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes I do – 100 % of the cost is charged for cancellations given 1 – 2 days prior the tour. 50 % of the cost is charged for cancellations 3 – 7 days before the tour. For cancellations given 8 days and greater before the tour then all money paid is fully refundable.
